Remarks – Reigning World Champion Ronald Volker is debuting with the new BD8 at the opening round of ETS #10 in Hrotovice. The German’s car is fitted with an aluminium chassis and extra-hard suspension arms. It also features prototype shock springs, the front ones being progressive. Ronald is also running a final pre-production version of LRP’s all new speedo, the LRP FlowX and interestingly is not using a motor fan, the temperatures of his X20 staying pretty low with no need for extra cooling.

Remarks – Austrian driver Herbert Weber is racing here in Hrotovice running the new FXM from Hong Kong based company VBC. Fitted with a front Montech spoiler and a rear Serpent wing, Herbert’s car is equipped with a heavier front suspension mount. The front end also utilises a double spacer underneath the upper arm mount to obtain a flat suspension which removes any dynamic camber in the suspension travel. He is also using a 1/12th scale Sanwa servo.

Remarks – Alexander Hagberg topped seeding practice here in the Czech Republic driving the 2017 version of the T4. His car is equipped with an aluminium chassis, low friction belts and a front brass suspension mount. The Swede is also using Hiro Seiko titanium and aluminium screws and Avid Titanium ballstuds. On his LTC-R he chose to use the hard version of the Protoform wing

Remarks – Awesomatix team manager Max Machler is racing in the Xray Pro Stock class in Hrotovice behind the wheel of an A800 in the AH (Alloy Hard) version. He is using the vertical top decks that have been cut and linked with screws in both the front and rear ends. His car is also equipped with a prototype chassis which is narrower and features bigger cut outs to allow for more flex. A set of titanium screws by “Moodyfools” completes the list of special parts on the Russian designed car.

Remarks – After showing strong form in Japan last week, French VBC factory driver Lucas Urbain is giving the D09 its ETS debut here in Hrotovice. His car is equipped with optional plastic front outdrives that are lighter than the standard steel ones and features a prototype steering bellcrank with less lock that makes the car easier to drive and allows for more cornering speed.

Remarks – German driver Patrick Gassauer is running strong in the ProStock division driving an updated version of the E4 RS III + from Team Magic. His car is equipped with prototype bulkheads that are 1mm lower than standard and pre-production springs with an hardness between the previously available ones. He is also using aluminium screws on the top of the car.
